About CAPE
Experience has shown that the problem of elder abuse is best addressed as a multi-disciplinary effort with a strong foundation at the local level. CAPE is a collaborative effort in Fairfield County to help prevent elder abuse, co-led by the Southwestern Agency on Aging and the Mozaic Center for Elder Abuse Prevention. Professional aging service providers, organizations serving older adults, as well as community members have been working together since April, 2008 to mitigate and reduce elder abuse. The group hosts professional trainings and awareness events, such as observance of World Elder Abuse Awareness Day. Contact us to get announcements about training, research, and events.

RSVP to Laura Snow Robinson, Director, Mozaic Center for Elder Abuse Prevention at lsnowrobinson@mozaicsl.org or 203-396-1097 to attend, receive reminders, or to submit a case for review.
