The 2018 Connecticut State budget has drastically cut income eligibility levels for the Medicare Savings Program (MSP).
Please ask your representatives to consider alternatives to these drastic cuts which will leave Medicare beneficiaries in a precarious economic situation that will lead to increased illness, hospitalization and nursing facility care- all costly options for our State!
The Southwestern CT Agency on Aging (SWCAA) will be holding several 1:1 Counseling Events throughout the area to provide information to individuals regarding the dramatic changes to the 2018 Medicare Savings Program.
Several trained Counselors will be on hand to inform you of all of your available options.
No appointment necessary, first-come first-serve basis. For more information contact Sharon Gesek at 203 814-3686.
